How to Return an Item

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your order by telephoning 0161 484 5888 (9am-3pm monday-friday) or email us ([email protected]) before the item has been despatched.  If you do so, you will be refunded in full.

If your order has been shipped and you have been supplied with the correct goods - which match the details advertised on our site - but you have changed your mind and do not wish to keep them, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order.  Please return your goods, carefully packed to Craftmill Ltd, Unit 8 Chichester Road, Romiley, Stockport, SK6 4BL. Choose a standard mail service to return your goods and keep a proof of posting. You will be responsible for the return costs. We will refund any items returned to your original payment method.

If you return your full order,and goods arrive back in fully saleable condition within 28 days of purchase you will be eligible for a full refund of the original product costs plus the equivalent of the economy delivery service option. 

If your product is damaged or defective or incorrect items have been supplied, please get in touch via telephone or email [email protected] for assistance as soon as possible. It is helpful for you to email a snapshot of the problem wherever possible as well as to give a little information about the problem, for speedy resolution, normally within 2 working days.
