We have a proactive, young design team developing new products each season to ensure we add fresh, on trend and inspirational new ranges each year.  Craftmill is part of a diverse online family retail business which has enjoyed serving the general public, businesses from many sectors as well as schools and colleges for over 20 years.

Operating from a large UK warehouse, our dedicated team takes pride in carefully packing your products by hand.  Order by 1pm and your goods will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday.

Craftmill's Recycling and Eco Policy

We are conscious of our responsibility to the environment and ensure we recycle all our cardboard cartons and packing materials into outbound packaging for orders.  Nothing gets wasted at Craftmill as our regular customers will know!  We also regularly donate all of our final end of line clearance items and seconds stock to a range of local charities and non-profit organisations. 70% of our wood suppliers now hold FSC Chain of Custody Certificates.  We know this is no guarantee that wood will be clearly traceable and so we have started a Craftmill Forest to take a direct approach to sustainability and to remove doubt. So far we have planted over 10,000 trees in the Eden Project in Madagascar offsetting 90 tonnes of Carbon Dioxide.  We will add at least planted trees to our forest every year.

Returns, refunds or payment queries

Please ensure that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel if you wish to return the goods for any reason. Please state your order number when contacting us regarding returns or refunds to help us to assist you quickly.  You will need to pay for the return postage if the goods are unwanted, but other options will be offered in the case of damaged or defective goods.  Please email [email protected] for assistance with returns.

Please note :- Craftmill is an online business only.  As we operate from a warehouse,  we do not have a shop where you can call in to buy products, but you can choose to buy online and collect your items from our warehouse.
