Please note you should contact us within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return your items. Please email us prior to posting and we will forward you a returns form to enclose within your parcel. You will be responsible for the return postage costs if you have changed your mind regarding keeping your products. Please return items within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Use standard Royal Mail to return your goods and keep a proof of posting for your records.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please include a photograph of the damage with your email to us so that we can discuss the options to resolve quickly for you.
